The governingmen have gathered together and agreed to tell us that they are instituting a wealthcare program here in America Incorporated. Dollar bills shall be mandated on a weekly basis which of course can be redeemed for food, material items and services. The amount given shall be based on need determined by a secret committee. The governingmen have decreed that the stockpiling of these green crisp promissory notes shall be considered treason. The punishment will be as follows: the offender shall be entered into a series of hotdog eating contests along with the other offenders. The loser of each contest will be put to death.
Consumption is the duty of each citizen.
