I will not send them anywhere. I will set them free and give them significant reparation$ for being kidnapped, falsely imprisoned and tortured.
Next, I will fill the empty concentration camp with those who are responsible for the just mentioned felonies. They will be taught how to develop compassion for other lifeforms (including humans of course).
The Rico Act was designed to bring down crime families - like the one that hijacked Amerika, crashed it into Iraq and has our children wallowing in the sand for Murder Inc ($inc). (How can any people be so gullible?)
The evidence will be gathered using the Patriot Act.
