lifestyle vs religion

Lifestyles, like apps, have the capacity to heed and adapt to the environment based on feedback from a wide variety of sources. Religions tend to be more entrenched and less likely to have the capacity for 'updates'. This can lead to walled gardens and echo chambers, obsolescence or even collective dementia.

a plucked hair

On the heels of a gentle wind I plucked a hair upon a whim. I concocted a prayer and whipped out a hymn and proceeded to share my inner most sanctum. The tale of the greatest hair that ever did live; its life for my arm it freely did give. The song words of praise from my lips did pour until a warm breeze caused the hair to soar. Up higher and higher the ascension continued till it disappeared in the haze of my own institution.

Time for an update

We wake up to realities and atrocities that defy and redefine our comfort zones almost every day. We expand. We contract. Sometimes we crack. We adapt. Now there seems to be contact between so many who see cracks in the social contract. Who see the crux - of the cracks in the contract - is a consciousness expansion.

We can look at governments, religions and enforcement agencies like applications we can download from the Internet. If we can see everything as programming it just may give us the distance to write essential updates.

Regular updates. Flexibility. Gentleness. Relaxed body & mind. Qualities that can be cultivated on a daily basis.

Opportunity squandered. Break that mold.

McDonald's provides us with an excellent example of an enormous opportunity squandered. Imagine if McDonald's used all the various trance inducing, amazing, mind cleaning devices & the toys, games, fraudulent contests etc to encourage impressionable kids to eat healthy food. I mean think about it. McDonald's literally decided to chase the dollar bill at all costs. So instead of choosing a business model which added to the community it chose a business model which tricked kids into eating shit. Time we broke that mold. All it takes: accountability.

NBA Playoff insights, predictions and judgements. Nothing is final or guaranteed.

1st of all - Warriors are the best and most exciting team imho. That said their current series is not very interesting because I don't think the grizzlies can win more than one game. And they'll be lucky to win one game.

The Bulls/Cavs series is very compelling because of the rivalry and then on top of that the way that Kevin love was injured by that chicken shit Boston Celtic MMA wannabe who should be training with Rhonda Rowsey.

I think the bulls & cavs will basically just wear each other down. Derrick Rose is like a glass bull in a stone rodeo. I don't think he can make it to thru the playoffs without a serious injury. Which is sad but history has spoken.

Lebron can still dominate at times but then at crucial moments he'll kind of mentally freeze like my computer when I'm streaming these games when there's too many other cage free viewers.

Warriors are super fast team that can run the whole game because their second unit is crazy fast too. The Grizzlies on the other hand dominate the boards but they kind of lumber around and so they're basically too slow. And so I say they should all just run a marathon. LOL

NBA Finals prediction: Warriors in either 5 or 6 games over the Bulls.
